摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定苦豆碱有关物质的量。方法建立了以杂质对照品测定苦豆碱有关物质的方法 ,采用C18色谱柱(250mm×4.0mm,5μm);以0.05mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(0.1%三乙胺)-乙腈(94∶6)为流动相,检测波长205nm。结果在建立的色谱条件下,苦豆碱与杂质能完全分离。脱氢苦豆碱线性范围为0.1~1mg·L-1(r=0.9998)。结论方法简便,能准确测定苦豆碱的有关物质。
Objective To establish an HPLC methods for the determination of the related substances of aloperine. Methods C18 column (250 mm× 4.0 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of 0.05 mol · L^-1 K2 H2 PO4 solution(0.1 % triethylamine)acetonitrile( 94 : 6). The UV detective wavelength was 205 nm. Results Under the described chromatographic condition, aloperine was completely separated from hydroaloperine. The linear range for the content of hydroaloperine was 0. 1-1 mg · L^-1 ( r =0. 999 8). Conclusions The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
