摘要
"软技能"是个人适应社会和企业发展必备的综合素质和能力,具有普遍性、可迁移性和工具性的特点,被企业认定为"关键能力"、"核心能力"。但由于各方面的原因,我国大学学生"软技能"培养并未受到应有的重视,其中,大学课程思想观念的滞后性和课程设置的不确定性"、软技能"教育内容及范围的宽泛性及隐性的教学效果是主要原因。要改变这种状况,一是要转变教育观念,二是要调整课程设置。
"Soft skills" is the necessary capacity and overall quality for individuals to adapt to social and enterprise development, which has the universal, relocated and instrumental characteristics and is identified as "critical capacity", "core competeneies" by businesses. However, due to various reasons, we do not attach importance to students of the soft skills development. The main reasons are the behind ideas and uncertainty of university courses and educational contents, scope of the broad nature and the implicit teaching results. To change this situation, it is necessary to change educational concepts and adjust the curriculum.
