摘要 牙轮钻头滑动轴承的主要失效形式是胶合和磨粒磨损。钢结硬质合金GW50的力学性能介于硬质合金和合金钢之间,具有较高的弹性模量、硬度、抗弯抗压强度、冲击韧性和较好的冷热加工性能。试验分析表明,经料浆渗硼处理后,可进一步提高GW50钢结合金的表面硬度和耐磨性能,表面硬度可达1700HV0.2,弹性模量和冲击韧性值增加,摩擦系数更低,具有更好的综合性能,用于牙轮钻头滑动轴承是可行的。今后发展高速、重载和高寿命牙轮钻头的关键在于从轴承结构、材料和工艺寻找突破口。 The main failure patterns of the sliding bearing of a cone bit are gluing and abrasion. The mechanical performane of GW50 alloy is between that of hard alloy and alloy steel, has high elastic modulus, hardness, bending and pressing resistance strength, impact toughness and good machinability. Test and analysis show that, by means of boriding treatment,surface hardness and wear resistance of GW50 alloy can be improved remarkably, its surface hardness reaches1700HV0.2, and the alloy has higher elastic modulus and impact toughness, smaller friction coefficient, and better comprehensive performance, therefore it can be used for cone bit sliding bearing.
