摘要
采用α-Al2O3作晶核剂制备β-偏磷酸钙晶须,探讨氧化铝含量、复合TiO2的晶核剂对产物含量、成分和形貌的影响。使用X-射线荧光光谱(XRF),傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR),扫描电镜(SEM)对样品的成分、形貌等进行了分析。测试结果表明:(1)采用4%Al2O3作晶核剂时,能够生成β-偏磷酸钙含量为32.52%的晶须材料;(2)随着原料中氧化铝含量的增加,玻璃化倾向显著降低,产物中的β-Ca(PO3)2含量减少;(3)采用4%Al2O3-2%TiO2作复合晶核剂时,能加速钙磷玻璃体转变为β-偏磷酸钙,促进结晶。
Calcium phosphate whiskers were prepared using α-Al2O3 as nucleating agent.The effects of different nucleating agent were discussed.The components and morphology of the samples were analyzed by means of X-ray fluorescence(XRF),Infrared spectra(IR),SEM.The testing results show(1)32.52% β-Ca(PO3)2 whiskers are obtained with 4%Al2O3 .(2)Enhancing the content of Al2O3 ,the vitrification tendency decreases markedly and the amount of whiskers of the production reduces.(3)When 4%Al2O3-2%TiO2 is used for composite nucleating agent,the transformation from glass toβ-Ca(PO3)2 is accelerated and the crystallization of glass is promoted.
