摘要
本文从仪器仪表应用领域对温控的需求方面出发,设计了具有高精度、低温漂的16位AD转换电路。模拟输入电压为0-100mV,通过精准的放大和偏置后送给AD652进行V/F变换,转换出来的频率信号由CPLD进行测量,结果送交控制器,产生16位AD转换结果。同时系统可提供0-100mV连续可调的高精度测试用基准源。
This paper design a system which can be used for a 16bit A/D converter with high precision and low temperature drift to satisfy the thermal control requirement. The analog input voltage range is 0 - 100mV. The input 0 - 100mV voltage is first amplified and deflected, and then delivered to AD652 to perform V/F. The frequency of output signal is measured by CPLD with high precision. The result is calculated by Micro - controller. To test the performance of the AD characteristic, a high precise 0 - 100mV voltage source must be used for this system.
