摘要
目的探讨不同年代因眼底疾病住院的飞行员疾病分布及特点。方法收集眼底疾病飞行员143例的相关资料进行回顾性分析。结果飞行员眼底疾病主要为中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变83例（58％），视神经炎13例（9．1％），玻璃体混浊和血管性疾病各10例（7％）。停飞疾病中视网膜脱离000％）、血管性疾病停飞（60％）、陈旧性视网膜病变（50％）、视神经炎（38．5％）。
Objective To investigate the characteristic of ocular fundus diseases in hospitalized pilots in different decades. Methods The 143 cases of ocular fundus diseases were reviewed during the period of 1965-2006. Results Ocular fundus diseases were mostly composed of central serous chorioretinopathy（58%）, optic neuritis（9.1%）, vasular diseases of retina（7%）. Among all the causes disqualified for flight, in varous disease,retinal detachment occupied 100%, vasular diseases of retina 60%,long-standing retinal disease 50%,optic neuritis 38.5%.The pilots with vasular diseases of ocular fundus had long duration of hospitalization.
