基于知识图谱的国际信息政策研究热点与前沿分析 被引量:23

The Analysis of Research Frontier and Hot Topics about Information Policy Based on Mapping Knowledge Domain

摘要 利用信息可视化方法对Web of Science(SCI,SSCI,A&HCI)中1986~2009年收录的信息政策论文的引文数据进行文献共被引分析,以图谱的方式展示信息政策关键节点所代表的信息政策研究专家及其著作对信息政策发展所起的重要作用,最后探讨了国际信息政策研究的热点和前沿领域。 The main knowledge groups of infromation policy analyzed by making use of the newly developed information visualizationmethods,and the co-citation data records retrieved from Web of Science(SCI,SSCI,AHCI) between 1986 and 2009.The main stages of evolutionary process of information policy from its institutional formation,expansion to thorough development were summarized,the contribution of pivotalpoints,which stand for the famous infromation and their work,to the development of information policy.The research frontier and tot topics of infromation policy can be reflected by the special terms which were deteced by information visualization tool CiteSpace.
