摘要
硫化矿自燃是一个以氧化放热为主、自发产生热量及热量积蓄引起硫化矿堆升温的非常复杂的物理化学过程。温度是描述硫矿堆自燃的一个重要物理量,它能反映采场硫化矿氧化自燃的程度及其散热条件的优劣。分析了国内一些矿山硫化矿自燃的原因,用实验验证了矿堆堆积密度、矿堆含水率、环境风速、矿石块度等对堆积硫化矿散热的影响,提出了几点预防硫化矿自燃的措施,为矿山实际生产提供指导和帮助。
Spontaneous combustion is a complex physical and chemical process,in which exothermic oxidation is primary and the accumulation of oxidation heat and spontaneously generated heat makes the temperature of sulfide ore pile rise.An important physical quantity to describe the spontaneous combustion of sulfide ore pile is temperature which can reflect the degree of exothermic oxidation and spontaneous combustion of sulfide ore as well as the conditions of heat release in stope.This article has analyzed the reason of spontaneous combustion of sulfide ore in some domestic mine,and verified the effects of the stacking density and water content of ore pile,environmental wind speed and the fragment size of ore on the heat release of sulfide ore pile,proposes several measures to prevent the spontaneous combustion of sulfide ore,so as to provide help to mine production.
