摘要
喷嘴的工作压力是FJCA系列煤用喷射式浮选机的重要工作参数,介绍了望峰岗选煤厂2台FJCA20-4型浮选机在基本相同的工作条件下,对不同的工作压力进行成对对比的工业性试验,并根据数理统计的t检验方法,优选出合适的喷嘴工作压力为0.15 MPa。
Operation pressure at the jet nozzle being the important parameter of FJCA series machine for coal flotation,two FJCA-4 machines at Wangfenggang Coal Preparation Plant working at similar conditions were taken to conduct an industrial experiment at different pressure for comparison in pair;by T-examine of mathematical statistics,optimal operation pressure determined as 0.15 MPa.
