摘要
为了实现井下气液高效分离、产出水回注和采气于一体,开展了新型井下螺旋式气液分离器的研究。应用计算流体力学方法(CFD)对螺旋式气液分离器的内部流场进行分析,并研究了螺旋圈数和螺距对螺旋式气液分离器性能的影响。该结果为井下螺旋式气液分离的进一步研究提供了参考依据。
In order to achieve efficient separation of down-hole gas-liquid separator, poroduced water reinjection and gas production intergratly to carry Out a new type of spiral downhole gas-liquid separator research. Application of computational fluid dynamics method (CFD) the internal flow field of screw-type gas-liquid is analyzed and the coil count and pitch of the screw-type gas-liquid separator performance is studied. The results provides reference for further research of the gas liquid of down-hole.
