摘要
在非离子表面活性剂阿拉伯树胶和聚乙烯醇存在下,汞与碘化钾和二甲酚橙在水相中形成稳定的多元配合物显色体系。该配合物在530nm处有一最大吸收波长,汞含量在0~12μg/25mL范围内服从比耳定律,表观摩尔吸光系数高达2.43×106L·mol-1·cm-1,平均回收率97.4%~102.5%。用该法测定乳制品中痕量汞,结果令人满意。
The multicomponent complex formed between mercury, potassium iodide and xylenol orange in the presence of arabic gum polyvinyl alcohol is well distributed in aqueous solution as a steady system. The maximum absorption of the multicomponent complex is at 530nm. Beer′s law is obeyed over the range of 0 ̄12μg/25mL for mercury. The molar absorptivity is 2.43 ×10 6 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . This method has been applied to the determination of Hg(Ⅱ) in milk with satisfactory results.
