摘要
目的分析临床护士对洗手消毒的认知及影响护士洗手消毒执行的原因,探讨其教育干预及监管对策。方法对医院4年来护士的洗手细菌监测情况进行分析、总结。结果护士洗手消毒意识提高,洗手频率增加;临床护士的洗手细菌监测合格率呈逐年上升趋势;医院感染的发生率在减少。结论医院管理者应重视必要的教育干预、加强对洗手行为的监管和合理配置护士人力资源及完善医院洗手设备配置,有效提高临床护士洗手的依从性及质量。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the cognition on hand hygiene and the causes affecting the performance of hand hygiene among clinic nurses in order to explore the educational intervention and the supervisory countermeasures on their handwashing practices. METHODS The conditions of monitoring the microorganisms on the washed hands of clinic nurses during the last four years were analyzed and summarized. RESULTS The nurses＇ consciousness of hand hygiene rose and the frequence of handwashing increased. The qualified rate of monitoring of the microorganisms on the washed hands among clinic nurses ascended year by year and the incidence of nosocomial cross infection was reduced. CONCLUSIONS In order to improve effectively the handwashing compliance and its quality among clinic nurses,the hospital managers should pay attention to the necessary educational intervention and strengthen supervision on the handwashing practices. In addition,the managers should distribute rationally the human resources of nurses and improve the handwashing facilities of the hospital.
