摘要
对甲酸甲酯异构化为醋酸的钯催化体系进行了详细研究。考察了温度、CO分压、主催化剂、助剂浓度等对醋酸选择性及收率的影响。此催化体系在最佳合成条件下,醋酸的选择性及收率均可达到98%以上。
Methyl formate can be selectively converted to acetic acid with high conversion and excellent selectivity in the presence of palladium catalysts under carbon monoxide pressure. The solvents are also essential to the conversion of methyl formate to acetic acid. Under the optimum conditions, the yield of acetic acid is higher than 98%.
