海藻酸钠在KCl水溶液中的粘度行为 被引量:5

The Viscosity Behavior of Sodium Alginate in Aqueous KCl Solution

摘要 通过测定海藻酸钠水溶液的特性粘数及在低高于强度的条件下其浓度与比浓粘度关系曲线上的峰值,系统地研究了KCl浓度在2×10(-5)-0.5mol·L(-1)范围内对海藻酸钠溶液粘度行为的影响.根据Odijk-Skolnick-Fixman理论和Rinaudo的处理方法,从理论上对海藻酸钠溶液的粘度行为进行了探讨. The intrinsic viscosity is determined for sodium alginate sample, a peak in the curveof reduced viscosity vs sodium alginate concentration is observed when diluted winth a fixed lowionic strength solution, and the measurements are carried out in aqueous KCl solutions of variousionic strengths. On the basis of this study on sodium alginate over the ionic strength range from2×10-5 mol L-1 to 0.5 molL- 1, it can conclude that the contribution of electroviscous effect tothe polyelectrolyte solution viscosity may be explained by the electrostatic persistence length.
