摘要
以两种不同的路线合成β-环瑚精-环氧丙氧丙基键合硅胶固定相(β_CD-GPS)。比较了两种方法得到的键合相的键合量。采用非水滴定法考察了影响键合反应的因素。选择了合成β_CD-GPS最佳反应条件,并对其色谱性能进行了考察。
β _Cyclodextrin- γ _glycidoxypropylsilyl bonded phase ( β _CD-GPS) for high performance liquid chromatography was synthesized via two different routes:(i) KH_560 reacted on the silica to produce GPS and then β _CD-GPS was obtained by the reaction of β _CD with GPS;(ii)the mixture of the reaction of β _CD with KH_560 reacted on the silica to produce β _CD-GPS.The amounts of bonded β _CD for two stationary phases were calculated according to the results of elemental analysis.The reaction conditions were optimized on the basis of the content of α _epoxy group of γ _glycidoxypropyl bonded silica.The chromatographic performance of β _CD-GPS was studied.
