摘要
目的了解重症监护病房(ICU)铜绿假单胞菌的耐药情况,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供理论依据。方法对ICU分离的铜绿假单胞菌进行培养鉴定,采用纸片扩散法(K-B法)测定对12种抗菌药物的敏感情况。结果361株铜绿假单胞菌药物敏感率依次为亚胺培南82.0%、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦74.8%、哌拉西林69.8%、阿米卡星64.8%、头孢他啶59.8%、妥布霉素49.9%、头孢吡肟48.8%、环丙沙星43.8%、头孢曲松41.8%、庆大霉素41.6%、氨曲南38.0%和头孢噻肟35.7%。结论应定期监测ICU病原菌分布和耐药情况,为临床合理使用抗菌药提供参考,从而达到控制医院感染,减少新的耐药菌株出现的目的。
OBJECTIVE To know about drug resistance situation of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in ICU,and provide theoretic proof for clinic to apply antibacterial drug reasonably.METHODS P.aeruginosa isolated from ICU were cultivated and identified,then Kirby-Bauer(K-B) method was used to determine the sensitive situations to twelve kinds of antibacterial drugs.RESULTS The sensitivity to antibacterial drug for 361 P.aeruginosa strains in sequence was imipenem(82.2%),piperacillin and tazobactam(74.8%),piperacillin(69.8%),amikacin(64.8%),ceftazidime(59.8%),tobramycin(49.93%),cefepime(48.8%),ciprofloxacin(43.8%),ceftriaxone(41.8%),gentamicin(41.6%),aztreonam(38.0%) and cefotaxime(35.6%).CONCLUSIONS The distribution and drug resistance situation of pathogen should be monitored regularly,which could provide reference for clinic to apply antibacterial drug reasonably,then control hospital infection and decrease drug-resistant strain.
