大型货物卸船过程气囊缓冲击机理分析 被引量:1

THE ANALYSIS ON USING AIR BAGS TO BUFFER ACCELERATIONS DURING DISCHARGING PROCEDURES FOR HEAVY LIFT CARGO

摘要 精密大型货物常常有三维加速度限制要求,为了防止在装卸船过程中发生横向漂移与舱壁碰撞后加速度超限,就需要采用缓冲击效果好,并能够精确控制加速度值的吸能体进行衬垫。该文在分析货物可能的最大漂移动能基础上,考虑到冲击体表面的承压强度,研究了采用气囊缓冲来降低冲击加速度的问题。该文采用能量方法建立气囊的冲击计算模型,对取得的气囊力-位移试验数据进行曲线拟合,解决了冲击加速度的计算问题,并通过模拟试验进行了验证。结果表明:货物质量相差很大,采用同一气囊缓冲击,通过改变初内压均可有效控制冲击加速度值。 There's always a 3-D acceleration limit during transporting,loading,and discharging precise Heavy lift cargos.To avoid the acceleration generated from collisions between hatch and swaying cargos exceeding the limit,it is necessary to use endergonic soft cushions to control the acceleration in a reasonable scope.What this paper analyzes is,based on the maximum kinetic energy organized from cargo movement,considering the bearing capacity of the impulsion surfaces,how to reduce accelerations by using air bag buffer.This paper builds the air bags calculation model employing the law of conservation of energy,and then obtained the curves fitting the air bags forces-location data,thereby the impulsion acceleration can be calculated.The model is further verified by experiments.It is shown that,when using the same air bags to buffer cargos with different weight,the impact acceleration can be controlled effectively by changing the initial pressure.
