摘要
随着电力资产规模越来越大,电力企业对设备的可靠性要求也越来越高,科学高效地进行设备的综合管理是电力设备管理人员亟待解决的问题。全寿命周期成本(LCC)管理是一项先进的管理理念,从设备的全寿命成本最低出发,考虑延长设备的使用寿命,最大限度地发挥设备的效能,从而提高设备的整体效益。在深入分析全寿命周期成本构成及影响因素基础上,提出基于设备状态的管理策略,并建立相应的决策支持系统模型,对提高电力设备的管理水平和效率具有一定的指导意义。
With the increasing of power asset's scale, power corporations' requirement about equipments' reliability is becoming more and more high. How to conduct scientific and efficient management of equipments is an important thing, which should be resolved urgently. Life cycle cost management is an advanced management concept, which can exert equipments' efficiency as soon as possible and enhance the overall effectiveness of equipments by thinking of the minimum LCC and the longer life. Through deep analyzing the components and influencing factors of LCC, a management strategy was presented based on the status of power equipments and the DSS model was set up, which can improve the efficiency and level of power equipment management.
