摘要
组内相关系数和Kendall和谐系数是用于测量评估者之间信度的两种重要手段。组内相关系数检验是对关联度或相关性的参数检验,计算模型包括单向随机、双向混合和双向随机等三个模型。单向随机模型提供绝对一致性的单一测量和平均测量结果,双向混合和双向随机模型则提供绝对一致性与相对一致性的单一测量和平均测量结果。Kendall和谐系数检验是对关联度或相关性的非参数检验,只能评价不同评估者之间的相对一致性程度。相比较而言,组内相关系数检验的应用前景更广阔。
Intraclass correlation coefficients and Kendall' s coefficient of concordance(W) are two kinds of impor- tant measurement of inter-rater reliability. Intraclass correlation coefficients are parametric measures of association or cor- relation, the models of whose computation involve one-way random, two-way mixed and two-way random models. One- way random model offers single and average measures of absolute agreement, whereas two-way mixed and two-way ran- dom models offer single and average measures of both absolute agreement and consistency. Kendall' s W is a nonpara- metric measure of association or correlation, measuring inter-rater consistency only. Compared to Kendall' s W, intraclass correlation coefficients have a wide scope of application.
