摘要
掘进机水封是内喷雾系统的关键元件,分析了它的工况和失效形式并提出了采用PTFE为材料的新型组合水封,通过试验和实际应用进行了验证。
Abstract An application of an internal spraying system is a fundamental measure to control dust during the operation of rock cutting of a mine roadheader A good or poor performances of the internal spraying system is mainly dependent on the water seal of the spraying system This paper analyzed the relationship between a short lifetime of a rubber water seal and water, pressure, temperature, rotary line speed and installation conditions The wate seal is made of polytetrafluoroethylene with a low frictional parameter and a good heat resistance and corrosion resistance With molybdenum disufide and bronze, the water seal can improve its rigidity and overcome its cold flow phenomena An application of elastic rectangle rubber ring can make PTFE closely against seal face in order to eliminate the installation offset and vibration displacement The frictional lost of the new water seal is only 4 % of the old type water seal The industrial test results shown that the new water seal has a good performance
