摘要
随着中国对环境问题的日益关注,中国环境法的建设也不断的发展起来。但目前,中国环境法建设存在着一些问题,包括立法方面、执法方面以及司法方面等。通过引入"熵"这一物理概念,重点地分析了中国环境执法"正熵"现状的三个方面及其根源,并从"负熵化"角度出发提出了相应的改革方案与建议。
With an increasing concern about environmental issues, China has put its environmental law under construction, during which, however, there judicial administration and so on. Based on the phy aspects of the status quo of positive entropy in are still problems of legislation, law enforcement, sical concept of entropy, this paper analyzes three the environmental enforcement in China, thus putting forward the reform program and recommendations in terms of negative entropy.
