摘要
中国作为后发国家,在轿车市场竞争中要赶超先发国家取得市场竞争的优势,关键的问题是如何利用自身的资源禀赋和比较优势,实施自主创新战略。伴随着经济的快速发展和科技水平的不断提高,轿车市场的竞争日益加剧。轿车制造业企业间的竞争不仅仅是技术、产品和销售方式,更重要的决定于企业价值创新战略模式的选择上。因此,研究轿车制造企业竞争优势和可持续发展的战略问题,重点要从价值创新的角度研究如何选择适合企业发展的战略模式。
As one of the late-developed countries, the core way for Chinese car manufacturing enterprises to acquire competitive advantage in global market is conducting independent innovation strategy through the full use of its resource endowment and comparative advantage. With the rapidly development of economy and technology, competition in car market is becoming more and more intensely. In this background, critical approach for gaining competitive advantage is more a selection of value innovation mode than technology, product or promotion. Therefore, the strategic issue for car manufacturers' sustainable development is the rational choosing of strategy mode from the perspective of value innovation. Thence, assumptions, fundamentals and value innovation process which based on value curve for ear enterprises' value innovation were discussed in this paper.
