摘要
对铝合金基体表面等离子喷涂陶瓷后进行激光二次熔覆陶瓷,获得了表面光滑、连续、致密、无裂纹和孔隙等缺陷的陶瓷熔覆层,避免了等离子喷涂陶瓷后激光重熔工艺无法避免的裂纹问题。陶瓷熔覆层的组织为柱状晶.其生长方向与基体表面垂直。等离子喷涂后激光二次熔覆陶瓷工艺还可以获得较高的熔覆效率。
A coating process of ceramics on aluminium substrate with plasma spraying followed by laser cladding has been investigated. It's concluded from the experimental results that a continuous,smooth ceramic coating can be acquired with this process. The ceramic coating is free of cracks which are unavoidable in the process of plasma spraying followed by laser remelting. The microstructure of the ceramic layer is columnar and its growth direction is perpendicular to the substrate surface. It proves that this process is efficient to form a large area ceramic coating on aluminium substrate by overlapping.
