摘要
目的对一种扭转振动复合超声换能器进行研究。方法仿真建模,有限元分析法。结论建立了此换能器机电类比等效电路模型,推导了此换能器的扭转振动频率方程的解析式及共振频率的计算公式;分析了换能器的共振频率与其几何尺寸之间的关系,对该换能器的扭转振动模态进行了分析。结果换能器的共振频率在其他尺寸不变时随着外环金属薄圆环的半径增大而降低,随着内环金属薄圆环的内半径减小而降低。
Aim A type of torsional vibration compound ultrasonic transducer is studied in this paper.Methods Emulational model and FEM is used.Results The electro-mechanical equivalent circuit of the compound ultrasonic transducer is established.The torsional vibration frequency equation and resonance frequency calculation formula of the transducer are obtained.The relation between resonance frequency and size of the transducer is analyzed.The mode of ultrasonic transducer is analyzed by FEM.Conclusion The resonance frequency of the transducer is augment with the radius of outer metal ring decrease,and minished with the radius of inner metal ring decrease when other sizes of the transducer are not chang.
