急性血压升高对动脉僵硬度的影响

摘要 目的探讨急性血压升高对主动脉僵硬度的影响。方法30只纯种新西兰大白兔应用多巴胺升高血压,分别在基线水平、收缩压升高30%、50%、70%时,应用超声示踪技术检测兔腹主动脉血管的弹性系数(Eρ)、硬度指数(β)和动脉顺应性(AC)。结果对照组、血压升高30%组50%组及70%组的Eρ分别为84.33±8.41、120.74±11.49、121.33±9.59、121.64±9.32;β分别为8.74±0.61、10.48±0.71、10.59±0.50和10.65±0.54;AC分别为0.58±0.40、0.39±0.26、0.39±0.25和0.39±0.26;结论动脉僵硬度受急性血压升高的影响,随着血压的升高而升高,但升高到一定程度保持相对稳定。 Objective To investigate the effect of acute blood pressure elevation on artery rigidity.Methods Dopamine was used to increase 30%, 50%, 70% of the systolic blood pressure, respectively, in 30 New Zealand rabbits.Elasticity coefficient(Eρ), rigidity index(β)and artery compliance(AC) of the abdominal aorta were measured with ultrasonic tracer technique.Results The Eρ was 84.33±8.41, 120.74±11.49, 121.33±9.59, 121.64±9.32, respectively, theβwas 8.74±0.61, 10.48±0.71, 10.59±0.50, 10.65±0.54, respectively, and the AC was 0.58±0.40, 0.39±0.26, 0.39±0.25, 0.39±0.26, respectively, in the control, 30%, 50% and 70% blood pressure elevation groups.Conclusion Artery rigidity can be affected by acute blood pressure elevation and increases with increasing blood pressure, but maintains relatively stable when the blood pressure reaches a certain extent.
