摘要
随着矿井开采深度增加,开采强度越来越大,地温的升高,带来了系列的灾害现象.本文分析了深井伪俯斜综放采空区自燃防治的难点,研究厚煤层伪俯斜综放采空区的漏风特征,对山东星村煤矿103综放面采空区进行现场观测,建立了采空区漏风数学模型和自然发火预测模型,对其漏风规律进行数值模拟,确定了103工作面的合理供风量,使得工作面和进风端头的压力和采空区高差产生的自然压力大致均衡,有效减少和控制向采空区的漏风,防止了采空区浮煤自燃.
As increasing strengthening mining strength the mining depth in coalmine, the series calamities are and rising ground temperature. The difficulty of preventing happened by more and more and extinguishing technology of spontaneous combustion in goaf of top-coal caving with false dip in deep coalmine was analyzed, the air-leakage characteristic in goaf of top-coal caving with false dip in thick seam was studied. By observing in situ in goaf of 103 fully mechanized top-coal caving face in Xingcun coalmine, it set up the mathematical model of air-leakage in goal and forecasting model of spontaneous combustion in goal of top-coal caving with false dip in deep coalmine,, numerical simulates of law of the alr-leakage were proceedad, confirms the fitness air quantity for 103 working face was confirmed, and approximately poises were obtained between the pressure of working face, intake air tip and drop in level of goaf bringing natural pressure. It effectively reduces and controls the air-leakage as to the goal, and prevents the spontaneous combustion in goaf of top-coal caving with false dip in deep coalmine.
