摘要
和谐的语言关系是国家安全的重要保障;历史和现实的经验充分证明,语言关系如何与国家安全密切相关。我国各民族语言关系的主流是和谐的;语言和谐保证了我国现代化建设得以顺利进行,也保障了国家的安全。但局部地区还存在一些语言不和谐现象,必须引起重视。要科学地处理好少数民族语言与国家通用语汉语的关系;要遵循语言的客观规律,按科学发展观办事。
Harmonious language relations are an important guarantee of our national security because the two are closely related, which finds expression both in history and in reality. The dominant trend in our language relations is harmonious which guarantees the smooth progression of our modernization and our national security. However, in a few regions there are some disharmonious language relations which should receive more attention. It is necessary to handle the relations between the minority lan- guages and the commonly used Chinese language in a scientific and objective way under the guidance of the concept of scientific development.
