摘要
高校之间的竞争体现在办学实力的竞争,而办学实力的竞争是人才的竞争。民办高校要想在激烈竞争中取得优势,实施合理而有效的人力资源开发具有十分重要的意义。民办高校应树立科学的人力资源开发与管理观念,优化整合人力资源结构,制定长远的培养开发规划,并努力激发教职工的主人翁意识。
The competition among the colleges and universities embodies the competition among the real school- running powers and the real school-running powers lie in that of manpowers. If the civilian-run colleges and univer- sities want to get the superiority in the keen competitions, it has quite important meaning for them to carry out the reasonable and effective development of manpower resources. The civilian-run colleges and universities should set up the development and management sense for scientific manpower resources, optimize and integrate the manpower structure, make the long training and developing plan and try their best to stimulate the master conception of their teachers and staff and workers.
