摘要
面对我国的现状,发展CCS(CO2捕获和封存)技术刻不容缓,在哥本哈根气候大会之后这一切变得更加迫切。除了提高捕获、运输、封存三个主要过程的相关技术外,还需与各大油田进行合作,加强地层学、岩土力学等多学科的配合。此外,为保证此项工程持久的发展下去,做好经济评估,加强政府干预,提高公众认知度,健全相关法规,开设相关领域的课程,都是现阶段需要重视的问题。
It is of great urgency to develop the technique of capture and storing--up of CO2 （CCS） in China, especially after the end of Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen. In development of CCS, efforts are needed to strength the multi--disciplinary coordination such as stratigraphy, rock mechanics and so on with the help of each big oilfield. In keeping a long--term development of the technique, such issues should be paid close attention to as doing a good job of economic assessmerit, intensifying government intervention, raising public awareness, improving applicable law and opening relevant courses.
