摘要
目的建立气相色谱法测定消糜栓中冰片(以龙脑计)的含量。方法采用气相色谱法,色谱柱为聚乙二醇-20M毛细管柱30m×0.53mm×0.25μm,程序升温,起始温度90℃,每分钟升10℃,升至170℃后保持10分钟,分流比50:1,FID检测器;检测口温度为250℃。结果用气相色谱法测定消糜栓中冰片(以龙脑计)在0.127~0.762g·L^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为Y=0.7339—0.4077X,r=0.9998。平均回收率98.3%(n=9),RSD1.4%。结论本方法简便、准确、快速,可用于消糜栓的质量控制。
Aim To establish a gas chromatography (GC) method to determine the content of borneol in xiaomi suppository. Method A PEG-20M column was used (30m×0.53mm×0.25μm). Column temperature was raised by programming,with an original temperature at 90℃ ,then raised to 200℃ at the rate of 10℃· min^-1 and kept for 10 minutes. Distributary ratio was 50:1 and FID temperature was 250℃. Results The linear range of borneol was from 0.127 to 0. 762 g · L^- 1. The average recovery was 98.3 % ( n = 9) , and RSD was 1.4 %. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and quick,which can be used to control the quality of xiaomi suppository.
