摘要
为改善企业产品规模不断扩大导致的旧式真空热压机无法满足压制要求的现状,并节约成本,对真空热压机供电系统进行了改造,并对改造方案的必要性和可行性及设备改造结果进行了验证.经实践证明,该改造方案很好地解决了生产需求和设备能力之间的矛盾,实现了以极低的投入换来较好的控制效果,节约了大量技术改造资金,提高了自动控制水平,大大减轻工作人员劳动强度,且提高了产品的合格率.
In order to change insufficiency of old vacuum hot press for enlarged scale of enterprise products and save cost, heating power supply system of old vacuum hot press are reconstructed, and the necessity and feasibility of reconstruction scheme and equipment modification results are verified. Practice proves that the scheme meets the demand and equipment capacity well, and very low investment exchanges for a better control effect, saving a lot of technological transformation funds and increased the automation control level, increased level of automation, greatly reduced the labor intensity of staff and improved up-to-standard rate of the product.
