摘要
为了提高气门电镦生产自动化程度,以PC+运动控制器+PLC构建一种开放式搬运机器人硬件系统,采用Visual C++开发出具有友好人机界面的开放式搬运机器人控制系统软件。首先根据系统功能需求分析给出软件总体结构图,然后详细介绍在线监控模块和通信模块的实现方法,最后通过实验验证该控制系统软件能实现对机器人的控制功能,且具有良好的开放性和可扩展性。
In order to improve the degree of automation of the valve electric upsetting production, an opening transport robotic hardware system based on PC and motion controller and PLC is built. The robot control software of good surfacing, high efficiency and good stability can be developed by using language Visual C++. Firstly, the block diagram of whole software structure is given according to the system functional requirements analysis. Then the on-line monitoring module and communication module are introduced in detail. Finally the experiments validate that the control system software can realize the robot control functions and has a good capability of openness and scalability.
