应用聚合酶链反应技术对汉坦病毒检测分型研究

摘要 为探讨肾综合征出血热(HFRS)的病毒检测和分型及其治疗,分别应用RT-PCR及ELISA检测95例HFRS病人血清中的HFRSV基因及SIL-2R的含量。结果显示:HFRSV基因检出率为35.79%(34/95),越早期阳性率越高,以汉坦型为主,并与血凝抑制试验检测结果相符。SIL-2R的含量在发病过程中皆明显升高,其程度随病期进展而改变,与病型的轻重呈正比。 To probe into detecting HFRS viral genes and dividing it, it both RT-PCR and ELISA were used to detect the viral genes and the SIL-2R content of 98 cases in serum, The result show that the prevlence rate of HFRS viral gene was 35.79 % , and early phase's was higher than later phase's. Hantaan's type was the mainly gene type. The rate auord with the MIFT result. SIL-2R content rised in every phase of HFRS and have close relation with the diseaes process and type.
