As the national strategic industry, large aircraft industry plays an important role in the development of national economy and the national safety, and it is the major factor to promote the national overall strength and form the national competitiveness. In view of the particularity and strategic significance of large aircraft industry, it is difficult for market system to make effect The support of public policy has become the important cornerstone to promote the rapid developraent of the industry and the constant improvemont of the competitiveness. Fiscal policy is the major tool for the government to implement macro management function. The government can provide support for the large aircraft industry by means of fiscal subsidy, tax policy and government procurement; and make the goal of the industry come true.
