摘要
试验对长、圆粒种子的山芹菜形态特征及营养品质进行了比较研究。结果表明:2种山芹菜除形态特征不同之外,其营养品质主要指标含量也有差异;其中圆粒种子的山芹菜为伞形科大叶芹属大叶芹;而长粒种子的山芹菜是否为鸭儿芹还有待于进一步验证。
Based on the morphological characters and nutrition which was of long and round grain Spuriopiminella brachycarpa （Komar.） Na-kai,the results showed that two Spuriopiminella brachycarpa （Komar.） Na-kai had different not only forms of morphological characters but also its main index nutritional quality content;One of the round grain was Spuriopimpinnella brachycarpa （Korn.） kitagawa, but the long seed remained to be verified whether it was Cryptotaenia japonica Hassk or not.
