摘要 [目的]了解济南市市售食品中二氧化硫残留状况,为制定相应的监管措施提供依据。[方法]2007年4月至2009年3月,在济南市采集市售6类食品,检测二氧化硫残留量。[结果]检测6类207份食品,168份检出二氧化硫,检出率为81.16%;超标的30份,超标率为14.49%。[结论]济南市市售食品中二氧化硫检出率与超标率均较高。 [Objective]To understand the status of sulfur dioxide residue in commercial food in Ji'nan. provide a basis for making related supervision and management measures. [Methods]Six kinds of commercial food were collected from April 2007 to March 2009. The content of sulfur dioxide residue was tested. [Results]Altogether 207 food samples of six kinds were tested.sulfur dioxide could be detected in 168 samples,accounting for 81.16 %. and 30 of them were over the standard,accounting for 14.49 %.[Conelusion]The detection rate and over standard rate of sulfur dioxide were higher in commercial food in Ji'nan city.
