摘要
[目的]了解昌邑市某化工厂职工职业防护知识与行为状况，评价职业卫生知识培训的近期效果，以便进行有针对性的职业防护知识教育．预防职业中毒的发生。[方法]2009年5～8月．在昌邑市某化工厂对职工进行职业卫生知识培训。比较培训前后有关知识、态度、行为的变化。[方法]培训200名职工．健康教育前职业防护知识知晓率为49．83％，正确行为持有率为38．60％，经系统健康教育后，职业防护知识知晓率为94．67％，正确行为持有率为88．00％（P〈0．01）。[结论]职工职业防护知识水平较低，正确行为形成率不高．通过职业健康教育可有效提高职业卫生知识．纠正不良行为。
[Objective]To understand the knowledge of occupational protection and behavior among workers in a chemical plant in Changyi city, to evaluate the training effect of occupational protection knowledge,in order to conduct health education on knowledge of occupational protection in pertinency, to prevent the occurrence of occupational poisoning. [Methods]Training on the knowledge of occupational hygiene was conducted for the workers in a chemical plant in Changyi from May to August 2009,the change of related knowledge, attitude and behavior was compared before and after training. [Results]Altogether 200 workers were trained, the awareness rate of occupational protection knowledge was 49.83% and 38.60% of them had correct behavior before training,but after training it was 94.67% and 88.00% respectively （ P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion]The awareness rate of occupational protection knowledge was low among workers,the rare of correct behavior was not high,knowledge of occupational hygiene can be effectively improved and bad behavior can be corrected through occupational health education.
