摘要
目的探讨不同人工骨高度对种植体骨界面应力状况的影响,以评定出适宜的植骨高度。方法用三维有限元分析方法,分别对种植体模型施加200N垂直和斜向60°两种方向的载荷,对Ⅲ类骨质上植骨0mm、1mm、2mm、3mm、4mm、5mm、6mm、7mm的种植体-骨界面进行应力分析。结果植骨3mm、4mm即可使种植体骨界面的应力值达到较理想状态。斜向载荷下产生的应力远大于垂直载荷下产生的应力。结论适量植骨即可有效的扩增牙槽嵴。在临床设计种植方案时应尽量减小或避免斜向载荷。
Objective To investigate the effects of different height of artificial bone on stress distribution in implant-bone interface.Methods Mandible with different thickness of artificial bone were divided into seven groups.The height of artificial bone in mode 0 was 0 mm,the height of artificial bone in mode 1 was 1 mm,the rest may be deduced by analogy.The implants were loaded with 200 Newton axially and 60 degree obliquely and the stress and strain in implant-bone interfacial stress were analyzed with three-dimension finite element analysis method.Results 3 mm or 4 mm of artificial bone on Mandible resulted in good stress distribution in implant-bone interface.The maximum von Mises' equivalent under the oblique loading was more larger than that of vertical loading.Conclusion Proper quantities of bone grafting lead to good alveolar ridge augmentation.In the clinical designation,the oblique loading should be reduced or avoided.
