摘要 介绍了利用光纤传感技术研制的一种新型油品储罐液位和温度测量系统。该系统通过力的平衡原理测量液位,利用光纤特性随温度变化的原理测量温度,采用光纤传感器探测和传输信号,能够对油罐群进行多点、多参量(液位、温度、油水界面等)、在线、高精度、数字化和远距离传输测量。现场应用表明,该系统的各项性能指标符合生产要求,运行稳定,性能可靠。该系统的应用改变了油品储罐液位和温度测量靠人工读数工作效率低、误差大,而且无法实现自动化控制和管理的状况。 A new liquid-level and temperature measuring system by the optical fiber sensing technology was introduced. The system measured the liquid level by using the principle of force balance, and measured temperature by which optical properties changed with temperature. It cap- tured and transmitted optical signals by means of the fiber-optic sensors. It could carry out multi- point, more parameters (including liquid level, temperature, oil-water interface etc. ) measure- ment for oil tanks group, which was high precision, digital and on-line for long-distance transmission. It was proved that every specification of the system met the demands of its users and its performance was reliable. The application of this system changed the problem, which readings re- corded manually was low efficiency and great error, and then implementing automation manage- ment and remote control was impossible.
