摘要
目的观察运动对胰岛素抵抗(Insulin Resistance IR)大鼠脂肪组织SOD活性,MDA及TNF-α含量的影响,探讨运动对IR改善的机制。方法22只雄性SD大鼠随机分为空白对照组6只(CG)、胰岛素抵抗组(IRG)和胰岛素抵抗运动组(EIRG)各8只,采用高脂饲料诱导IR动物模型,EIRG大鼠进行为期10周游泳训练,测定各组大鼠脂肪组织中SOD活性,MDA及TNF-α含量。结果采用高脂饲料诱导IR模型成功,运动干预后与CG比较,IRG大鼠脂肪组织MDA和TNF-α水平显著升高(P<0.05);与IRG比较,EIRG脂肪组织SOD活性显著提高(P<0.05),MDA和TNF-α水平显著降低(P<0.05);IR指数与MDA,IR指数与TNF-α,MDA与TNF-α均成正相关(r:0.430,P:0.01;r:0.475,P:0.025;r:0.432,P:0.045)。结论运动对大鼠IR的改善机制可能是通过运动上调脂肪组织抗氧化酶活性,进而降低炎性脂肪因子表达实现的。
Objective Observant the effect of exercise on SOD, MDA and TNF- alpha of insulin resistance rats' adipose tissue, in order to investigate the mechanism of exercise improve insulin resistance. Method 22 SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: sedentary control group ( CG, n = 6 ), insulin resistance group (IRG, n= 8) and insulin resistance pins exercise group (EIRG, n = 8). The models of insulin resistance were induced by high fat feed, the EIRG rats were subjected to swimming for 10 weeks. Then SOD, MDA and TNF- alpha of all rats' adipose tissue were assessed. Result The IR model were induced, compared with CG, MDA and TNF - alpha level were significantly increased in IRG rats, ( P 〈 0.05) ; Compared with IRG, SOD activity were significantly increased ( P 〈 0.05), MDA and TNF- alpha were significantly reduced in EIRG( P 〈 0.05). the level of MDA have shown a positive correlation with the TNF - a ( r : 0. 432, P : 0. 045 ), a positive correlation was found between HOMA - IR and MDA ( r: 0.430, P: 0.01 ), and between HOMA - IR and TNF - alpha( r : 0. 475, P: 0. 025). Conclusion Exercise can improve insulin resistance of rat through decreases expression of TNF- alpha duo to reduction of oxidative stress in adipose tissue.
