摘要
根据"地面气象观测规范"的规定,针对自动气象站雨量观测值失真问题进行了研究,通过对SL3-1型翻斗式雨量传感器实施防风处理,并设计制作Ⅱ型自动站雨量传感器排水收集装置,实现了降水过程的自动站雨量传感器自身排水量收集。比对降雨过程的自动站雨量值、雨量传感器排水量值和人工常规观测雨量值,从而找到了自动站雨量观测值失真的原因,为自动站的雨量观测准确度评估提供科学、有效、客观的依据。
Based on the rule of Meteorological Surface Observation, distortions of rainfall observed value of automatic weather station are studied. By means of carrying out wind prevention on SL3-1 tipping bucket rain sensor, the drainage collection device of rainfall sensor Ⅱ is designed, and automatically collected drainage during precipitation process is realized. The reasons for distortion of rainfall observed value of automatic weather station are found, through contracting the rainfall value of automatic weather station, the drainage value of rainfall sensor and the rainfall value of manual conventionally observation. It provides a scientific, effective and objective method for accurate evaluation on rainfall observation of automatic weather station.
