摘要
结合闵浦大桥主桥钢桥面环氧沥青混凝土铺装施工工程中遇到的低温、风大、新颖桥面系结构等具体情况,并针对环氧沥青混合料性质受混合料容留时间和温度影响显著的特点,对闵浦大桥钢桥面环氧沥青混凝土施工过程中,后场试验室、拌和楼,前场黏结层洒布、混合料调度、摊铺、碾压、接缝处理等各工序提出了具体的质量控制措施,并列举了相应的控制方法及检测结果。
Considering practical construction condition of epoxy asphalt concrete paving on MinPu steel bridge,such as low temperature, strong wind,new bridge deck structure,and the characteristic that epoxy asphalt mixture is significantly influenced by reserved time and mixture temperature,quality control measures of each construction procedure was proposed,including laboratory and mix plant in back field and adhesive layer spraying,mixture scheduling,paving,rolling and joint treatment in front field.Hence,the corresponding controlling methods and testing result was presented finally.
