摘要
本文制备了碳纤维增强聚碳酸酯(PC)复合材料并研究了其性能,相比玻璃纤维增强PC,碳纤维增强PC在机械性能、电性能和加工性等方面有明显的提高。随着碳纤维含量的增加,拉伸强度、弯曲强度、弯曲模量明显呈上升趋势。而伸长率和冲击强度在碳纤维含量为6%时达最大值,分别为10.4%kJ/m2和8.7kJ/m2。加工流动性有了明显的提高,且随碳纤维含量的增加而逐渐降低。碳纤维的加入,也改善了PC的导电性,当碳纤维含量为10%时,导电电阻率已达到9.0×106Ω/sq。
The carbon fiber reinforced polycarbonate (PC)was prepared and its properties were studied in this paper. The mechanical properties, electrical and workability were increased greatly comparing with glass fiber reinforced. The tensile strength, bending strength and bending modulus increase greatly with the addition of carbon fiber. But the elongations and impact strength reach a maximum value with content of 6% carbon fiber. When added carbon fiber,the electrical conduction of PC was improved and the value could reach to 9. 03 × 10^6Ω/sq.
