摘要
厦门市快速公路某隧道工程施工条件复杂,安全影响因素多,安全事故危害大,在安全监控过程中建立有效的安全风险评价方法是确保施工安全的关键。本文基于模糊数学理论,针对该工程的施工特点,建立了隧道施工安全风险模糊综合评判模型。对该隧道工程的施工安全风险因素的辨识进行了深入的分析;确定各施工安全风险因素的权重;划分施工安全风险水平等级;建立隶属度函数,对风险因素进行模糊估计;并进行模糊综合评判。实践证明该方法能有效反映该隧道施工的安全状况,在隧道工程施工安全评估中具有一定的应用价值。
The construction conditions of an expressway tunnel project in Xiamen were very complicated. There are many safety factors, which may cause bad accidents. Establishing an effective security risk evaluation method during the safety monitoring process is one of the key methods to ensure the safety of tunnel construction. According to the basic principle of fuzzy math, a tunnel construction safety risk fuzzy synthetic evaluation model was established in this paper. The courses of the model establishing are as follows: analysis to the safety risk factors of the tunnel project, determine the weight of the factors acco give a deep rding to the characteristics of the tunnel construction, determine the risk level of tunnel construction safety, fuzzily estimate the factors, and evaluate the tunnel construction safety risk. The practice of the model has proved that this method can effectively reflect the security situation of the tunnel construction. In other words, the method has a certain value in the tunnel safety assessment.
