摘要
顶岗实习是高职院校提高学生实践技能的重要途径,是实现"零距离"就业的必经环节。探讨高职院校顶岗实习中存在的问题及对策,对加强顶岗实习教育与管理,全面做实顶岗实习环节教育教学工作,确保高职院校人才培养质量有重要作用。
Post practice is an important way of improving technical ability and it is necessary for students in higher vocational school to find a job as a veteran. Thus,in order to ensure the quality of personnel training in higher vocational schools, we must enhance education and management of post practice,and comprehensively and practically combine education and teaching practice together. This article discusses the problems and countermeasures in higher vocational schools of post practice.
