睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征47例临床分析

摘要 目的:总结成年睡眠呼吸低通气暂停综合征(SAS)患者临床特征及诊治体会。方法:采用回顾性研究的方法,选取山西省太原市中心医院呼吸科2008年2月至2009年2月收治的所有成年(18岁以上)睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者资料,并进行电话随访(随访期截止2009年11月)。结果:47例SAS患者中,伴肥胖者28例,高血压病18例,糖耐量异常16例。随访时多数患者主诉睡眠质量及合并症的症状均明显改善,1例患者发生脑卒中。结论:SAS为目前多发病,多数患者可合并或伴随其他疾病发生发展,应积极治疗SAS和其他疾病,使其症状得到有效改善,以提高患者生活质量。
