摘要
通过对双头、大模数、大导程蜗杆的结构尺寸及技术要求进行分析,在依照传统加工模数螺纹方法无法加工的情况下,利用公司现有设备,采用粗、精切齿工艺方案,并设计制作了一套可调速↓轮机构,扩大了机床加工范围,圆满完成了该蜗杆的加工任务。
For the situation that the processing cannot be realized by the method of traditional modulus thread machining, one set of the change speed gear mechanism has been designed and made by analyzing the structure sizes and technique requirements of double thread worm with great modulus and large lead, and adopting present equipments and roughing & finishing tooth processes. This change speed gear can extend the working range of machine and complete the worm processing very well.
