摘要
能源法律体系是一国能源法及其制度健全和完善的标志,也直接影响到一国能源安全供应问题。我国能源法律体系有诸多不完善之处。本文在分析我国能源法律体系现状的基础之上,提出了完善我国能源法律体系的相关建议。
The energy legal system is a sound and perfect symbol of a country＇s energy law and its system, and it also impact on a country＇s energy security and supply problems directly. The energy legal system of our country has many imperfections. This paper is based on the status analysis of China＇s energy legal system, and put forward the related suggestion that improve the energy legal system of our country.
