摘要
目的:建立RP-HPLC法测定垂盆草药材中槲皮素、山柰素和异鼠李素的含量。方法:采用Thermo BDS C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.4%磷酸(45∶55)为流动相;检测波长为360nm。结果:槲皮素、山柰素和异鼠李素分别在0.09558~0.6690μg,0.01974~0.1382μg和0.0206~0.1442μg范围内峰面积与进样量呈良好的线性关系,r分别为0.9999,0.9998,0.9999;平均回收率分别为98.22%,96.44%,96.50%。结论:该法简便可行,结果准确可靠,适用于垂盆草药材的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of ouercetin, kaempferide and isorhamnetin in Herba sedi.Methods:Thermo BDS,C18 column(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm)was adopted;The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid(45∶55), the detection wavelength was 360nm.Results:The calibration curves of quercetin, kaempferide and isorhamnetin were separately linear in the range of 0.09558-0.66906 μg, 0.01974-0.13818 μg, 0.0206-0.1442 μg with correlation coefficient 0.9999, 0.9998 and 0.9999.The average recovery were 98.22%, 96.44% and 96.50%.Conclusion:The method is simple, rapid and reliable.It can be used as quantitative determination for quality control of Herba Sedi.
