摘要
本文首先通过Q值与巷道支护之间的关系,初步设计巷道的加固类型为湿喷混凝土+锚杆支护形式,并确定了三类岩体的混凝土喷层厚度;对于良好岩体,喷厚20~30mm;一般岩体,喷厚50~60mm;破碎岩体,喷厚60~65mm。然后,以围岩松动圈的分类方式及支护参数的优化方法,分别确定了针对一般岩体和破碎岩体适用的最小锚杆长度——2.1m和2.6m,并综合考虑冲切破坏作用和粘结破坏作用,得到喷层厚度不低于4.71mm。通过实际施工技术参数的围岩稳定性分析,证明设计参数是符合工程要求的。在工业性试验研究的基础上,最终确定了针对软弱破碎岩石巷道的湿喷混凝土配合比和凿岩台车锚杆安装工艺。
By the relation of Q value to tunnel support parameter,tunnel reinforcement type is initially designed as shotcrete-bolt support with the thickness of 20~30mm for good rock,50~60mm for fair rock and 60~65mm for broken rock.Based on classification manner of broken zone and optimizing method of support parameter,applicable minimum bolt length for fair rock and broken rock are respectively determined-2.1 m and 2.6m.According to the analysis of punching failure and bond failure,thickness should be no less than 4.71 mm.Design parameter id proved to accord with project practice through stability analysis.After industrial experiment carried out,shotcrete mix proportion and bolt installing technice are finally brought forward aiming at soft broken rock tunnel.
